Q: How much does this cost?
A: AdJungle has no extra fees. You pay
for actual displays at the CPM rate set by the publisher. We
take a fee out of the publishers' gross, and advertisers only
pay for actual displays.
Q: Why should I use AdJungle?
A: AdJungle adds substantial value for Advertisers
with features such as complete online reporting,
online campaign control, and campaign optimization at no additional
charge.
Q: How does
AdJungle target my ads to sites in the Network?
A: AdJungle is not a network like you are used to. We do not take your ad and
then show it across any site that we choose. You have this control and you choose
where you want your ad seen. Your ad will only be shown on those sites you directly
place advertising into.
Q: What are the AdJungle membership restrictions?
A: AdJungle membership is open to all
advertisers that do not handle illegal or inappropriate
content. For details about our policies, see the AdJungle Terms
of Service.
Q: Does AdJungle gather personally
identifiable information about Web site users?
A: No. For details please see our Privacy
Policy.
Q: How do I join AdJungle as an Advertiser?
A: It is very simple. Since you do not have
to commit to hundreds or thousands of dollars in campaigns, you can
just set up your account on your own. Once you fund your account, you
can immediately begin your campaign by placing ads with AdJungle publisher
sites. Join

Q: What statistics does AdJungle track?
A: Each campaign is tracked separately. You
can view the number of displays, and for image based ads, the number
of clicks. Statistics are kept for the overall campaign, as well as
displayed in a graph with daily totals.
Q: Why does AdJungle not track all
clicks?
A: We can only track those clicks that
we are responsible for. Image based ads are served by AdJungle,
and we can track all activity for those ads. HTML and Rich
Media ads have the destination URL coded into the ad, and are
not redirected through AdJungle, so we never know if the ad
is clicked.
Q: How can I track Rich Media click
throughs?
A: You can use a distinct tracking code
or destination URL for your HTML based ads. For your tracking
URL you can use your favorite click tracking solution, or mine
your own log files. Performance analysis of the results will
assist you in determining which publisher sites should get
increased buys.
Q: How often are reports updated?
A: Campaign reports are updated once per day.
You can view the status of all your Campaigns through the online Campaign
Manager.
Q: How can
I optimize my Campaigns?
A: AdJungle allows multiple campaigns with the same creative.
Use this feature to place the same creative with a unique destination URL on
multiple sites to see which sites perform best. For your tracking URL you can
use your favorite click tracking solution, or mine your own log files.
Performance analysis of the results will assist you in determining which
publisher sites should get increased buys.
Q: My question isn't listed here, what should I do?
A: Please visit the Contact page
